Hum Reprod Update, 14, 367–378, 2008-06-24
The publishers wish to point out that there are two errors in the article Follicle dynamics and anovulation in polycystic ovary syndrome.
The sentence: However, the most abundant source of circulating AMH is small and medium-sized antral follicles and since this population of follicles is characteristically increased in polycystic ovaries and AMH production therefore significantly higher in polycystic than normal ovaries (refs) should read: However, the most abundant source of circulating AMH is small and medium-sized antral follicles and since this population of follicles is characteristically increased in polycystic ovaries and AMH production therefore significantly higher in polycystic than normal ovaries (Laven et al., 2004; Pigny et al., 2006; Pellatt et al., 2007; Wachs et al., 2007). The publisher would like to apologise for this error.
In addition, the reference Dewailly D, Catteau-Jonard S, Reyss AC, Leroy M, Pigny P. Oligoanovulation with polycystic ovaries but not overt hyperandrogenism. J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2006;91:3922–3927 should read Pigny P, Jonard S, Robert Y, Dewailly D.
