The front cover shows the concentration of INSL3 in the blood of adult males and INSL3 immunoreactivity in the Leydig cells of a healthy human testis. INSL3 is proposed as an important new diagnostic tool to characterize men with late-onset hypogonadism and add to clinically diagnostic amniocentesis.
